Edwin L. Stock is the managing partner of Roland Stock (formerly Roland & Schlegel). He focuses his practice on health care litigation, personal injury and general civil litigation, business law, real estate law and municipal law, with particular expertise in health care litigation, real estate assessment and “Clean and Green” assessment matters. Mr. Stock has successfully defended major health care providers, public housing authorities and municipalities in state and federal trial and appellate courts. He is adept at helping clients solve complex problems utilizing efficient, cost-effective solutions.
A frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Berks County Bar Association, Mr. Stock has also taught business law and health care law at Alvernia College and St. Joseph’s University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, past President of the Berks County Bar Association and a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Stock is an active member of the Berks County community. He has served as President of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Chairman of the Pennsylvania Accessibility Advisory Board and as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Reading Area Community College.
Mr. Stock earned his law degree, cum laude, in 1985 from Duquesne University School of Law, where he was a member of The Duquesne Law Review. He is a 1982 graduate of Dickinson College. Mr. Stock is licensed to practice throughout Pennsylvania, in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He resides in Shillington, PA. Education
