Mary M. Bertolet is Of Counsel with Roland Stock (formerly Roland & Schlegel). Her practice emphasizes health care matters; business law, including professional corporations, not-for-profit organizations and commercial lending; estates and trusts; and estate taxation.
Ms. Bertolet has served on the Berks County Community Foundation Board of Directors as well as those of several other nonprofits. Ms. Bertolet has also taught health care law courses for the St. Joseph’s University MBA program, as well as participating in the CLE programs for the Practicing Law Institute in New York City. She was also an assistant professor in the Department of Medical Education of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York City and a visiting lecturer in hospital law and medical malpractice at the City College of the City University of New York.
Ms. Bertolet received her Bachelor’s degree from Sarah Lawrence College, her law degree and a Master of Public Administration from New York University and an L.L.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law.
