An associate with Roland Stock (formerly Roland & Schlegel) Joseph P. Bradica focuses his practice on business law and commercial litigation. He has successfully represented regional and national businesses in state and federal courts, and before governmental entities and regulatory bodies. Mr. Bradica’s considerable experience also extends to condemnation law and eminent domain, employment litigation and counseling, regulatory compliance, professional liability, government procurement, risk management, bankruptcy matters and class action litigation.
A selection of Mr. Bradica’s recent representations includes the recovery of more than $12 million on behalf of a land developer based on a complete taking of a proposed residential development project; the recovery of more than $1.8 million on behalf of a large financial institution in relation to the violation of an employment agreement; counseling a large corporate entity regarding reduction-in-force matters, managing an independent contractor workforce and maintaining an immigrant workforce; and obtaining payment on a landlord’s accelerated rent claim against a tenant who had shifted assets to a parent corporation. In addition to maintaining his busy legal practice, Mr. Bradica contributes his time and talents to charitable endeavors such as the American Red Cross Legal Clinic, Habitat for Humanity and Philabundance.
Mr. Bradica is a 2002 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was recognized for outstanding scholarship and distinguished performance in the law school’s Integrated Trial Advocacy and Judicial Clinical programs. He also served as Note & Comment Editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal Publication. Mr. Bradica holds an M.B.A. from Temple University Fox School of Business, where he graduated in the top 5 percent of his class, and a B.A. from Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bradica resides in Sinking Spring, PA, with his wife and three children.
