Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) is a first-time offender program available for many criminal offenses. ARD programs vary from county to county and can be extremely beneficial for first-time offenders.
There are important steps that you need to take to gain entry into an ARD program. Attorney John E. Muir, a partner at Roland Stock, LLC (formerly Roland & Schlegel, LLC), has nearly two decades of experience in dealing with criminal offenses, and can help you through this process.
Successful completion of an ARD program can significantly reduce the length of a license suspension in cases involving driving under the influence (DUI). Criminal charges may also be dismissed upon successful completion of the program. Acceptance into an ARD program does not count as a conviction for most employment purposes.
If you are a first-time offender and think you might be eligible for ARD and/or have questions regarding a criminal matter, call our office at once so we can put our legal knowledge to work for you. News, Articles & Events |
