Since leaving the D.A.’s office in 1997, Attorney Muir has actively represented adults and juveniles charged with DUI throughout much of southeastern Pennsylvania. He is very familiar with the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) Program and has handled many second- and third-time offenders.
